Welcome to Haven Collective. By accessing our website, engaging our "Navigators," or utilizing our "Blueprint Vault" frameworks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Professional Services

Haven Collective provides operational infrastructure, systems architecture, and strategic consulting. While we aim for total operational transformation, the success of our services depends on the Founder’s implementation and the accuracy of the information provided to us.

2. Intellectual Property (The "Blueprint Vault")

All materials, including but not limited to the Blueprint Vault framework, "Horizon Audit" methodologies, "Digital Sunset" protocols, and custom SOP templates, are the intellectual property of Haven Collective.

• Limited License: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own internal business operations.
• Restrictions: You may not sell, redistribute, or use our proprietary frameworks to train third-party consultants or competitors without express written consent.

3. Contractor & Specialist Engagement

Our team of Navigators consists of independent specialists. While Haven Collective oversees the strategy and quality of deliverables, the relationship between Haven Collective and its specialists is governed by separate independent contractor agreements.

4. Payment & Refunds

• Service Fees: Fees for audits and consulting are outlined in individual Project Briefs.
• Refunds: Due to the custom, digital, and consultative nature of our work, all sales are final once the "Blueprint Vault" build or "Horizon Audit" has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

Haven Collective provides the "harbor," but the Client remains the captain of their ship. We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business interruptions that occur during or after the implementation of our systems. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

We treat your business "blueprints" with the same care we treat our own. We will not disclose any sensitive operational or financial information shared during our engagement to any third party, except as required to fulfill our services (e.g., sharing necessary data with a Navigator assigned to your project).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ottawa County, Michigan.
