What happens if a task takes longer than 6 hours?
If we encounter a complex technical issue that requires more time, we will pause and discuss it with you immediately. You can choose to have us continue focusing on that item or move on to the next task on your list.
How do I prepare for our day together?
One week before your Intensive, we’ll have a 30-minute call to finalize your list. We’ll also send you a "Digital Access Checklist" to ensure we have all the logins and files we need so we don't waste a single minute of your 6-hour block.
Do I need to be "at my desk" for the full 6 hours?
Not at all. We just ask that you stay "accessible" via email or a dedicated messaging channel. Because we work in real-time sprints, we might have a quick question or need a final approval on a design. The faster you can give us the "green light," the more we can get done for you.

Implementation
This is where the heavy lifting happens. For 6 dedicated hours, the full Haven Collective team works simultaneously on your prioritized list. You stay accessible for quick feedback while we execute your technical setups, brand refinements, and operational workflows in real-time.
The Handoff
We wrap the day with a summary of every milestone reached and a screen-share walkthrough of your new systems. To ensure everything sticks, you’ll also receive 5 days of email support following your Intensive to handle any minor fine-tuning or questions that arise as you start using your new tools.
